From January 27th – 29th, 2023, our executive board, along with 3 rising leaders, had the opportunity to attend the Carlson Leadership Academy in Richmond, VA. These rising leaders were hand-picked by the executive board as potential leaders that could help guide the chapter in the future, consisting of the following brothers: Zach Sandridge, Johnny Schiller, and Edwin Tout. Over the course of this event, each executive board member was placed with other E-board members of the same position to trade ideas and discuss the process of becoming better leaders within their committees, which helps expand each chapter’s capabilities.

At the end of this event, our chapter received 3 different awards for our great efforts, including the Talent Power Award for excellence in recruitment, the Benjamin Hobson-Frayer Award for excellence in communication, and the Sunago Mentorship Excellence Award for our active and involved alumni and volunteer cooperation. We are very proud of our fraternity’s great effort that has carried us this far, and we strive to keep growing.
